12. Standard Order Return Policy. We are so confident in our product that we will refund your purchase price on the unused and unopened portion within 30 days of the shipped date less the shipping cost of the purchase price.

To make product returns, you must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. To ensure prompt processing, please send returns to the address below with your RMA number marked on your return package. The warehouse personnel cannot accept packages without a RMA number. 14. Shipping Policy. MV-ONE offers standard 2 to 6 business day shipping via the U.S. postal service. The MV-ONE team does their best to ship all orders accepted before 2:00pm Pacific time on the same day. MV-ONE currently does not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or Holidays. Should you wish to have your order left otherwise, please note that when placing your order or advise the carrier upon the first delivery attempt. Shipments outside the 48 continental United States may involve additional requirements. Shipments to remote, rural, or international locations will require additional time for delivery.
